This policy explains what Suno Prompt Helper stores about you and why. We keep it deliberately minimal.

What we store

The only personal details we hold are:

  • Your email address - used to sign you in and to send sign-in / verification codes.
  • Your username (display name) - what we call you in the app.

Alongside these, we store the prompts you generate (the song ideas, lyrics and style prompts) so they are saved to your account for you to come back to. That is the sole purpose of holding your details - to associate your saved prompts with you.

If you buy tokens, payment is handled by our payment processor (PayPal). We receive a confirmation that a payment completed and the amount; we never see or store your card or bank details - those stay with PayPal.

What we do NOT do

  • We do not sell or share your details with any third party for marketing or any other purpose.
  • We do not build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
  • We do not ask for, or store, any payment-card information ourselves.

How your prompt content is processed

To generate a prompt, the song details you enter are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic, which operates Claude) purely to produce your lyrics and style prompt. This is necessary for the Service to function. We do not send your email or identity to the AI provider along with the request.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data retention and your choices

We keep your account and saved prompts until you ask us to delete them. You can edit your email and display name on your account page, and delete individual saved prompts at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at the address below.

Security

Connections are encrypted in transit, and access to stored data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the data we hold minimal precisely to limit risk.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
