Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Suno Prompt Helper(the "Service"), available at sunoprompthelper.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

Suno Prompt Helperis an independent tool that uses AI to help you write prompts - song lyrics with structure tags and a "style of music" prompt - intended for use with Suno (suno.com). We generate text only. We do not produce, host, or distribute audio or music.

2. Not affiliated with Suno

Suno Prompt Helperis not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Suno in any way. "Suno" and any artist names you reference are the property of their respective owners. We are an independent helper tool for the Suno community.

3. Accounts

You need a free account to generate prompts. You are responsible for activity under your account. We allow one set of free daily generations per user; creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free generations (including from the same network) may result in those accounts being flagged and losing the free allowance.

4. Free use, tokens, and no refunds

Each account receives a set number of free generations per day. Beyond that, you may purchase tokens (1 token = 1 generation) through our payment processor. Tokens are a digital good delivered and usable immediately.

All token purchases are final and non-refundable. Because generations consume AI processing the moment they run, we do not offer refunds, credit, or exchange for purchased tokens - including for unused tokens, or for outputs you are unhappy with. Please use your free daily generations to decide whether the Service suits you before purchasing.

5. No guarantee of results

Suno Prompt Helper generates prompts on a best-effort basis. We make no guarantee that a prompt will work as expected, produce a particular result, or be accepted by Suno. The music that results from a prompt is generated entirely by Suno, which is a separate service outside our control. Cover and mash-up features reconstruct songs from an AI model's knowledge and may be approximate or incomplete. Outputs may vary between generations.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the prompts and any music you create with them, including respecting the copyright and other rights of original artists. Do not use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that violates Suno's own terms. We use automated checks to block clearly abusive input, but you remain responsible for your use.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suno Prompt Helper and its operators are not liable for any songs, audio, or other output produced by Suno or any third party; for any loss, damage, or cost arising from your use of generated prompts; or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
